The Black Man's Answer: A Common Man's Perspective on the Black Struggle

Recommended Posts

this book is for anyone who has ever pondered the trials and tribulations of the African American culture and how they affect our current status today. It sheds light and provides relevance for those who have misunderstood or questioned the fight for equality that is ongoing in our society. It’s a refreshing glimpse of the situation from the standpoint of an average person, who wishes to inform and bring awareness to those who otherwise would not know. The author’s intended purpose is to paint a better picture regarding these circumstances, with the hopes it will increase the level of understanding for us all.

About the Author:

J. G. Robinson was born in 1978 in his hometown of Palmetto, Florida. Growing up below the poverty line and being a product of a broken home, he made the decision to join the military. His travels and interactions with others both nationally and abroad serve as the primary platform for him to experience life from other angles. Now a middle-aged man who is happily married and the father of four children. He shares with all of us the many lessons learned within his journey by illustrating them in this very book.

Sounds interesting.  Are you the author?    Given the title I'm guessing the book is very much on the male perspective of race?

I've been enjoying Gina Yashere's perspectives on race related issues 😀  (Although I'm guessing perhaps the perspective is a little less spiritual than yours)
