Devotion is, like the word, a multi-meaning title. There is the religious meaning, which could be said to be the main thread of this novel, but also interwoven are other meanings of the word regarding relationships to each other, to work, and buried within the text, the brand name of a perfume. I struggled to decide where this should go - fiction or poetry? But here will do - http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-23080170 Interesting idea and one that may tempt me to buy the novel. I do wonder though when people will grown bored by the Bard question.
