Have you noticed that there are hundreds of quiz books on many popular subjects - film, music, sport etc but there aren't many books of quality for lovers of all things literary? So I wanted to tell you about a 'book quiz' Kindle book I've just had published which you may enjoy.
The 'Answer That! Book Quiz' contains 35 rounds of questions on subjects such as 21st Century Literature, Opening Lines, Crime Fiction, Children’s Books, Film Adaptations, Fictional Characters, Dickens, plus plenty of Pot Luck providing a selection of general book-based questions.
Answers are at the back of the book so it’s easy to test yourself without accidentally seeing the answer. Or it could be perfect for a Christmas get together.
Here are a few sample questions from the book:
Christos Tsiolkas’s novel ‘The Slap’ is set in a suburb of which Australian city?
“I Will Never Not Ever Eat a Tomato” was the first book to feature which brother and sister?
