I borrowed this book from a friend, as I had a massive courgette glut this year, and was getting tired of my usual repertoire.
Most of the recipes are classics, or basic family dishes, with the addition of a courgette or two - which anyone can do without the aid of a cookery book, but I have found about ten new ones to try.
As the courgette season ended shortly after I borrowed the book most of the trials will have to wait until next year, but I have already made one of the dishes twice and I think that recipe will be a keeper.
