I would like to officially nominate this book a lifesaver for all techno-thickies (like me!). I bought a digital camera but the instructions were minimal, the software unhelpful and I did not really understand how to do more than just point and shoot.
Apart from busting all the jargon, it also comes with a CD-ROM of try before you buy versions of popular photo editing, cataloguing and speciality software, so you can see what suits you best. I no longer fear my digicam!!
